The Weekly Correction

A review is not a trial. It is a method for seeing reality early enough to change the next week.

Without review, a bad week becomes a vague story. You remember the emotion and lose the sequence of choices that produced it.

A useful review asks what was promised, what was completed, where discomfort was avoided, what created actual movement, and which standard deserves another week. It separates facts from excuses without turning honesty into self-contempt.

The goal is course correction. Name one win, one point of friction, one lesson, and one next standard. Then place the standard on the calendar. Reflection matters when it changes the next action.

Do not stop at the idea. Produce evidence.
